Quick answers and how to contact me.

For most questions, the quickest way is to ask an administrator of your congregation. If you're an administrator, or your question isn't answered, write to me at me@marcelinomolina.com.

I forgot my password

Ask an administrator of your congregation to reset it from the app. They will give you a temporary password; afterward you can change it in Settings › Change password.

It says “Name not found”

Enter your name exactly as the congregation recorded it, with first and last name. If it still doesn’t work, ask an administrator how it was written.

I’m not getting notifications

Check in the app’s Settings that “Notifications” is on, and in the phone’s settings that El Tablero is allowed to send them. You can test it with Settings › “Send a test notification”.

How do I install the app?

On iPhone, iPad and Mac, from the App Store. On another computer or on Android devices, go to app.eltablero.org.

How do I get updates?

They arrive on their own. To get the latest one, open the app, wait a few seconds, close it and open it again. At the bottom of Settings you’ll see the date of the last update.

I want to delete my account

The steps and what is deleted are below, in “How to delete your El Tablero account”.

How to delete your El Tablero account

  1. Open the El Tablero app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and, in the Account section, tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. The account is deleted right away.

If you can't sign in to the app, ask an administrator of your congregation or write to me at me@marcelinomolina.com and I'll delete it.

What is deleted: your account (the name you sign in with and your password), your phone's identifier for notifications, and the record of which messages you've read.

What is kept: your publisher record and your assignments, because they're part of the congregation's lists and are managed by its elders; and the messages you wrote in the channels, which remain without an author. If you also want your publisher record deleted, ask an administrator of your congregation.
